Can i exchange/change/cancel/return my order ?
Unfortunately ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All you need to do is dial 1300300300 > Select Language > Press 0 to talk with the operator > Wait in the line until they pick up (it may takes awhile but do not hangup) > Make a report > Give the info they needed.
All damaged parcels have to be reported within 5 working days. Damaged parcels reported after the specified time frame will not be eligible for the compensation claim.
